(4) Pure zinc layer (Eta layer): dense hexagonal crystal system, not easy to crack during deformation processing, zinc purity 98.5%, hardness value 70DPN;
(5) High zinc phosphating layer: it has good corrosion resistance and enhances the adhesion between the coating film and the substrate;
(6) High temperature curing layer: excellent anti-corrosion performance and impact resistance, excellent anti-ultraviolet, anti-oxidation and surface self-cleaning performance, the color change rate does not exceed 5% in 15 years.
