Cowan Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Anping—the “Hometown of Wire Mesh in China”—and is a state-certified high-tech enterprise devoted to the research, manufacture and service of premium guardrail production-line equipment. By delivering automated, intelligent solutions we help customers raise output, cut operating costs and guarantee end-users fencing that is safe, strong and visually appealing.

Founded in 2018, the company has accumulated nearly eight years of technical expertise and industry insight. Occupying roughly 100,000 m², it employs over 70 production workers and operates more than 30 sets of equipment, delivering an annual capacity of 1.82 million standard metres. R&D staff account for 40 % of the workforce; core technologies include in-house surface-treatment processes (hot-dip galvanizing, electro galvanizing, PVC coating), a self-developed PLC control system and precision roll-forming, ensuring products remain corrosion- and rust-free under natural conditions for extended periods.
